Members
Accounts are created and managed by your department administrator. For access, role or password problems, contact your administrator first. If your administrator cannot be reached, or the problem is with the app itself, write to us.
Reporting abusive content
In the app, press and hold a message from another member and choose Report, or use Report member in a direct conversation. Chat administrators of your department review reports and can see who reported; a copy of the reported message is kept as a record but is not shown again after review. You receive a reference code. If a report is not being handled, email us with that reference code and we will contact your department.
